To host an event with us, you'll select your coordinator, caterer, and bar service from the list below. These are professionals who already know the space, the flow, and each other — which is why event days at our venue tend to feel effortless.

Working with our preferred vendors

Every preferred vendor hired for your special occasion must enter into a formal agreement with you, the client. Our preferred vendors already know the venue, the flow, and each other — which is why event days here tend to feel effortless.

If you choose a vendor outside this list

You're welcome to bring a vendor who isn't on this preferred list — but you are required to ensure they are properly certified, licensed, and approved by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC, where applicable) before operating on venue grounds.

The venue assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or TABC violations caused by non-preferred vendors. All such responsibility falls to the client.

TABC compliance reminder

Any bartender or vendor serving alcohol must present a valid TABC license and certificate of insurance at least 7 days prior to the event.
